Blanket Distribution at Atmeh Camp, Syria

Blanket Distribution at Atmeh Camp, Syria

Some of the conditions the Syrian refugees have to live in is beyond our imagination.
They were forced to leave their homes and adapt to life without basic needs to keep them warm and safe.
Some of the Duas (prayers) the Syrian refugees give is very moving.

Our Volunteers distributed winter blankets to these three brothers and their sister..

Our Volunteers distributed winter blankets to these three brothers and their sister. They are all orphans and live with their widowed mother.
They live in an out building where there is nothing remaining of the roof to protect them from the cold and wind. Imagine how cold it gets.
Allah have mercy on them all. Ameen.

Alhamdolillah with your donations we were able to provide ,much needed aid to these orphan children.

Yesterday our volunteers met brother Hassan who is a displaced Syrian refugee.
Brother Hassan is in a very severe situation, he is bed ridden and has very little movement. He is fed directly into his stomach as he can not swallow the food. He only has his wife to care for him.

With your donations we were able to provide much needed aid to brother Hassan and his family.

You can still donate to our winter appeal and help people like Hassan stay warm this winter.

Yesterday our Volunteers met this 16 year old mother and her 3 week old baby..

Yesterday our Volunteers met this 16 year old mother and her 3 week old baby.
The young mothers father said he couldn’t afford to look after her so got her married off to another Syrian Refugee in the desperate hope that she will be cared for.
Currently her husband works as a laborer but only earns 10 Lira (approx £2.75) a day to provide for his wife and young child.

Allah have mercy on them. Ameen.

Alhamdolillah Caravan of Mercy provided this family with Blankets to keep them and their young baby warm at night.
